Three storms or fifteen, you pay the same. We do not count visits, ration them, or charge extra for a big one. Every storm is covered.
Your driveway plowed
Plowed clear with a truck, edge to edge, including the heavy pile the town plow leaves across the end of the driveway. That pile decides whether you get out, so it is part of the job.
The walk to your front door, shoveled by hand
Done with a shovel, not pushed aside by the truck. The path from the driveway to your front door, the one your family, guests and deliveries actually use.
Salt down after every plow
Whatever the plow leaves behind turns to ice overnight. Salt goes down after plowing so the walk is safe the next morning, not just the afternoon of the storm.
Snow stakes set before the first storm
We mark the edges of your driveway in the fall. Under a foot of snow, the operator can see exactly where the pavement ends and your lawn, beds and curb begin. Fewer torn up edges in April.
Cleared within 8 hours of the storm ending
Once the snow stops, the clock starts. Your driveway and walk are done within 8 hours. Back to back storms are each covered the same way.

What if it's a light winter?
Then you paid for certainty and did not need much of it. That is the trade, the same as any insurance. Southeastern Connecticut gets a handful of plowable storms some winters and fifteen in others, and nobody knows which in October. A flat price is also what lets us cap the route and hold your spot before the first storm, instead of fitting you in when we can.
What if you don't show up?
Cleared within 8 hours of the storm ending is part of your plan, not a hope. Routes are capped and kept tight inside New London County, which is how we keep that promise when every driveway on the route needs us at once. You get a text before every visit, and if anything is ever off, call us at (860) 980-1129.
I have a snowblower. Why would I pay for this?
Then you already know what it costs you: an hour in the cold before work, the town plow pile after you finish, and a walk that ices over unless you salt it. You can keep the snowblower for the porch. This is for the mornings you would rather not be out there at 5am.
Will the plow tear up my lawn or driveway edges?
That is what the snow stakes are for. We set them before the first storm so the operator can see where your pavement ends under the snow, and where your lawn, beds and curb begin.
Why pay in full by November 1?
Paying in full by November 1 is the lowest price for the winter, on both plans. If you would rather spread it out, pay in five monthly payments, November to March. The pay in full price is not offered after November 1.
What happens after I sign up?
You are on the route. We set your snow stakes before the first storm and text you before every visit. There is nothing else for you to do.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most people are asleep or at work when we come.
Essential Snow or Premium Snow AM?
If you can leave after the storm is over, Essential Snow. If you have to be out of the driveway before 7am no matter what, Premium Snow AM. It adds a guaranteed plow before 7am on every storm morning, and you still get the full clear after the storm.
Why only 5 Premium Snow AM homes per route?
Because a truck can only plow so many driveways before 7am. If we sold a sixth, the guarantee would stop being true. When a route's five are gone, they are gone for the winter.
