We take care of properties along the southeastern Connecticut shoreline. Our mission goes past lawns and driveways. We want to make a real, lasting difference for the people and the towns that keep us busy.

We're not a company from somewhere else. We're in your community. We work on your street, plow your roads and know a lot of you by name.
So our long-term goal is simple: put $50,000 of work, help and support back into the towns along the shoreline. Yard work for neighbors who can't do it, home projects with our trade partners, and programs for local kids. Every dollar of it here at home.
Four ways we're showing up.
Property care for neighbors in need
Year-round property plans, on us, for neighbors who need it most. Same crew, same standards as every paying customer.
Home projects, with trade partners
We're teaming up with other local trade businesses on the bigger fixes a neighbor can't afford: a new roof, siding, windows or a remodel. Every trade brings what it does best.
Our youth
Jordan and CJ started their first business at twelve. We want to give kids in our towns that same kind of start, and a reason to believe in the work.
Impact that lasts
Not a one-time photo op. Real help, done right, that people still feel a year from now.
Sometimes we just show up and take care of it.
Some of our neighbors can't keep up with their property anymore, or don't have the means to pay someone. When we hear about one of them, we send the crew and take care of it. No bill, no catch.
It might be a yard cleanup before winter, a driveway cleared after a storm, or a lawn that has gotten away from someone. Whatever they need most.

One home wins a full winter of AGSM Essential Snow plus a fall cleanup. The winner is picked at random by an independent third party and announced in a video on our Facebook page.

Tell us about someone in our towns who could use a hand: an elderly neighbor, a veteran, a family going through a hard stretch. It could be a random act of yard work or one of our year-round plans. We want to hear about them.
