The AGSM Snow Season Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by American Ground and Snow Management LLC ("AGSM" or "Sponsor"), 3175 Gold Star Hwy, Mystic, CT 06355.
The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on October 15, 2026 and ends at 5:00:00 p.m. ET on October 26, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official clock for the Giveaway.
Open only to legal residents of Connecticut who are 18 or older at the time of entry and who own a home with a driveway in one of these Connecticut towns or villages: Mystic, Groton, Stonington, Pawcatuck, Ledyard, Gales Ferry or Norwich (the "Service Area"). The entry must be submitted by the homeowner for that home. Homes where driveway snow removal is handled by a condominium or homeowners association are not eligible. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Current and past AGSM customers may enter.
Complete and submit the entry form at agsm-usa.com/fall-cleanup-essential-care-giveaway during the Entry Period, including the address of the home being entered. Limit one (1) entry per household and per home. Entries that are incomplete, duplicated, submitted by anyone other than the homeowner, or made through automated means are void. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
After entering, each entrant receives a personal referral link. For each eligible person from a different household who enters during the Entry Period using that link, the referring entrant earns one (1) bonus entry, up to a maximum of five (5) bonus entries. Bonus entries are determined from Sponsor's records, which are final.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of: (a) one AGSM Essential Snow season for the winner's eligible home for the 2026-27 winter, covering snow removal for one residential driveway and the walk to the front door, salt, and driveway staking, provided under AGSM's standard Essential Snow service terms (approximate retail value, "ARV": $2,500, the price of the membership paid in five monthly payments of $500); and (b) one standard fall cleanup of leaves and sticks at the same home, completed by December 15, 2026, weather permitting (ARV: $475 to $772 depending on the size of the property). Connecticut sales tax of 6.35% that would apply to these services is included in the prize and not charged to the winner. Total ARV of the Grand Prize, including that sales tax: approximately $3,164 to $3,480. If the winner has already paid for a 2026-27 AGSM snow membership for that home, Sponsor will refund the amount paid toward that membership and waive any remaining payments, up to a combined $2,500, and the membership will continue. The prize is not transferable and has no cash value. No substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any part of the prize not used during the 2026-27 season is forfeited.
On or about October 26, 2026, after the Entry Period ends, one potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, including bonus entries. The drawing will be conducted by an independent third party chosen by Sponsor (the "Administrator"), whose decisions are final. Sponsor will announce the results in a video posted on Sponsor's Facebook page (facebook.com/agsmusa). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor will contact the potential winner by phone, text message and/or email within 24 hours after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the first contact attempt and may be required to confirm eligibility and provide a completed IRS Form W-9. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn from the remaining eligible entries.
The winner is solely responsible for all income taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize as required by law.
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner agrees to the following, without further compensation or notice: (a) Sponsor may publish the winner's first name, last initial, town, likeness and voice on Sponsor's website (agsm-usa.com), Sponsor's social media pages (including Facebook and Instagram), Sponsor's Google Business Profile, and in Sponsor's advertising and other marketing, including the winner announcement video; (b) Sponsor and its crew may take photos and video of the winner, the winner's home and property, and the work performed there, before, during and after each service visit during the 2026-27 season, and may use, edit and publish them in the places listed in (a) for as long as Sponsor chooses; and (c) AGSM's branded driveway stakes and a small AGSM yard sign may be placed at the home during the 2026-27 season. Sponsor may also invite the winner to share an honest review of AGSM's work on Google once the fall cleanup is complete. Leaving a review is optional, is not a condition of receiving or keeping the prize, and the winner is free to say whatever they honestly think.
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor and the Administrator, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, and may cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems or other causes beyond its control affect its fairness. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or for technical failures. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its employees from liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance or use of the prize. Services are performed under AGSM's standard service terms and depend on weather and safe working conditions.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Facebook and Meta from any liability related to the Giveaway. Questions should go to Sponsor, not Facebook.
Entrant information is used to run the Giveaway and to contact entrants about it, including the results and offers from AGSM. Text messages are sent only to entrants who opt in. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Sponsor does not sell entrant information.
