Two friends behind the work.
Jordan and CJ have been a team since they were twelve years old, two kids who started their first business together long before either of them could drive a truck. That partnership became Peak Landscaping in 2014, built around residential work on the Connecticut shoreline. In 2022, they launched American Ground & Snow to take on commercial and snow contracts, running it alongside Peak under the belief that two focused brands would serve two different markets better than one.
It didn’t take long to learn otherwise. Running two companies in the same industry, under the same ownership, just meant double the overhead for the same work, so they brought Peak under the AGSM name for good. Same team, same standards, same two guys who’ve been building this together since they were kids, just one name on the truck now.
They lead a local shoreline team that shows up for the same families season after season, and they hold to one rule: recommend what the property actually needs, never what pads the invoice.
